Change of Address for Deferred Members
If you are a member in deferred status, there are two quick and easy ways to inform us of your new address, phone number, or email address:
Login to the ERSRI Member Portal and submit your change of address online
Download a Change of Information form and return it to ERSRI. Completed forms may be mailed to 50 Service Ave., 2nd Floor, Warwick RI 02886.
Change of Address for Active Members
If you are an active member working for a participating employer, contact the human resources or payroll representative within your agency/department as soon as possible. Your employer will then notify us electronically of your new address information. Please do not submit your address change to ERSRI directly.
As an Active member, however, you may update your email or phone number by logging into the ERSRI Member Portal.
If you are not yet registered for the site, click here for more information and instructions on registering.
